Who we are
MIMOS International Venture Sdn. Bhd. (MIVSB) is the strategic international commercialisation arm of MIMOS Berhad, Malaysia’s national applied research and development centre.
Established to bridge the gap between advanced R&D and global markets, MIVSB focuses on scaling Malaysian deep-tech innovations into commercially viable, internationally deployable ventures.
MIVSB is an associate company of MIMOS Holdings Sdn. Bhd.,a commercialization arm of MIMOS Bhd. Operating within the MIMOS ecosystem, MIVSB plays a dedicated role in venture structuring, international market entry, and global partnership development—complementing MIMOS’ research mandate and MIMOS Holdings’ commercialisation strategy.

MIMOS Berhad; a company under the Malaysian Ministry of Finance Incorporated and also an agency under the Malaysian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation(MOSTI) focuses on research, technology development, and innovation.
MIMOS Holdings Sdn Bhd; a wholly owned company of MIMOS Bhd responsible for commercialization R&D
MIMOS International Venture (MIVSB) drives strategic ventures and global commercialisation
Together, these entities ensure that Malaysian technologies progress from lab-scale innovation to market-ready global solutions.
